Position Title: Senior HR Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company a start- up, Ecommerce platform based in Dubai, carrying their own unique brand catering to High Street type of female fashion wear
Job Role:
• Handles a team of more than 10 people
• Overall POC to Dubai branch
• Payroll processing and recruitment end to end coordination
• Visa processing, renewals, leaves, absences and trade license process
• Daily engagement on employee relations related to HR requests such as certificates, flight bookings and ticket queries
• Coordinate with the PRO and direct coordination to the main office
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related courses
• Total of 7 years working experience, 3 of which must be in the UAE as an HR generalist or executive
• Candidate must have an experience in visa processing, renewal and PRO coordination
• With experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, tardiness and employee relations
• Candidate should have experience in training, learning development and onboarding process
• Excellent communication and speaking skills
• Keen to details, efficient and effective on managing a team
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
