Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the hospitality and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of KSA and UAE labor laws and will be responsible for overseeing the human resources functions, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction of top talent for the organisation.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure a smooth transition and continuous professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with KSA and UAE labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes in legislation and advising management accordingly.
- Design and implement performance management systems to promote employee growth and accountability.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement initiatives to improve overall employee satisfaction and retention.
- Advise and support management on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote a fair and equitable workplace.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce planning needs and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role within the hospitality or real estate industries.
- In-depth knowledge of KSA and UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement HR initiatives that drive business results.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics to inform decision-making.
- Culturally aware and adaptable, with experience working in a diverse environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Salary:
AED
12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
