Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:

* Review critical leadership positions through a robust talent management process
* Review the business & leadership performance metrics and establish a clear roadmap of leadership development to address gaps
* Design and manage assessment frameworks for the leaders
* Evaluate the impact of existing and new leadership development interventions to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance and to support leaders in achieving their full potential

Requirements

Requirement:

* 14 years of experience in Corporate/ consulting with CXO Leadership and stakeholders, with a proven track record of being a strategic partner on leadership development
* Experience in designing, rolling out and executing senior leadership training, mentoring and coaching programs across the business
* Talent and organization development experience with specific experience in leadership programs
