This job opportunity is with a large Semi - Government entity based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
As a Senior HR Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the organization’s HR department. Implement HR strategy within the organisation working alongside business leaders, lead and develop the HR team. Work closely with business leaders and line management providing expert guidance on a variety of HR matters. Provide strategic and operational activities, managing high performance generalist HR services. Introduce and drive change management initiatives and overall responsibility of the recruitment process. Oversee investigations and complex employee relations issues including redundancy and grievance.
To be successful you would ideally possess 10-15 years experience in a HR within a leadership role. A degree in Human Resources with a Masters degree and ideally a HR qualification.
