We are now seeking an exceptional Senior Human Resources Officer to join our award winning team based within our Human Resources Division, Dubai.

This critical role will be reporting through to the Regional HR Manager and be responsible for providing HR support to all levels of the business.

Requirements

Paramount to success within this varied role will include ;
• Providing coaching and support to senior management to assist in the delivery of key HR deliverables.
• Working closely (daily contact) with Human Resource and Administration teams to ensure consistency of information.
• Providing information and guidance to all employees and managers on company policies and procedures.
• Developing and proposing frameworks, improvements and benchmarking tools to ensure best practice and an overall quality service is provided in all areas of the Human Resources function.
• Manage mobilization/ secondments and personally deliver orientation for all new overseas and local hires.

To be successful in this role we envision that you will bring a minimum of 3 years' career experience, with ideally 2 years based in Dubai in a similar role within the construction and engineering industry sector.
Partnered with a Bachelor Degree in either Human Resources, Training, Psychology or equivalent, the successful candidate will possess sound knowledge of the UAE Labour Law as well as excellent English communication skills.
Master's Degree qualification will be viewed favourably as would membership of an internationally recognized professional HR organization, ie. CIPD, SHRM.
