Senior HR Officer

Job description / Role

In this role, you will touch on all aspects of generalist HR activities, including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Reward, L&D, Talent, Succession Planning, Reward, Performance and HR projects. You will work closely with the leadership to contribute to the achievement of a successful HR strategy.

This opportunity would be a fantastic step-up for a high-achieving HR Advisor or Junior HRBP, who can also act as a trusted in-house consultant to the business.

Requirements

Successful candidates will have generalist HR experience, gained within a large multinational or a professional services environment.

This opportunity will suit someone with an international outlook, strong communications skills and a can-do attitude. Having previously worked within the GCC and in particular the UAE, you will need to have the credibility, gravitas and background that will inspire others around you. Please note for this role we can only consider candidate who can speak Arabic.
