Job description / Role

This opportunity is with a large Holding company involved in diversified business activities with their office located in Abu Dhabi.

As a Senior HR Officer, you would be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling. You are also responsible in ensuring that the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skill and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to colleagues to enhance their performance and achieve the company's business aims.

Requirements

To be successful you would ideally possess 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources with FMCG, Construction, Engineering and Contracting company having a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
