Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer with at least 5 years’ experience in a HR role which must include strong Performance Management experience as well. This is a brand-new role within an expanding organisation. Must be fluent in both English and Arabic, written and spoken, and must be willing to reside in Fujairah. Description:

• Support Performance Management function by participating in feedback management, development & Annual Growth Plans creation, individual learning plans creation, and implementation
• Support the process of Annual Evaluation by ensuring that all team members receive timely performance-related feedback including delivery of Annual Growth Plans
• Support organizational succession planning efforts including identifying key competencies required for critical roles
• Remain up to date on latest performance and career management tools
• Support the development of effective calibration sessions including training for managers on the adoption of effective performance rating tools
• Identify training and development needs within the organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Business Managers and Human Resources departments
• Arrange and/or deliver a range of training using face-to-face, digital, and blended learning options
• Produce training materials for in-house courses
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through appraisals, questionnaires, and discussions with managers, and provide trainees with timely and constructive feedback
• Evaluate training and development programs and prepare reports for management in areas such as usage, engagement, and performance
• Amend and revise programs as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment and industry developments
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee development opportunities
• Collaborate with leaders across the organisation to understand their employee engagement needs and develop customized solutions
• Analyze employee engagement data and use insights to inform program development and implementation
• Facilitate communication between employees and management to promote transparency and build trust
• Identify and address issues that may be impacting employee engagement and satisfaction
• Collaborate with HR and other relevant teams to ensure alignment with company values and culture
• Establish effective communication between HR and field operations as well as other departments and business leaders
• Analyze and interpret information gathered through engagement and exit surveys, reports findings and recommendations to the senior leadership team.
• Analyze and interpret HR Data including turnover data and identify opportunity areas as well as develop plans to address concerns
• Supervise Emiratization Program in the Group Level (including recruitment, NAFIS, GPSSA, etc.)

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Criteria:

• Degree educated or a HR qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within HR
• Strong Performance Management experience is essential they are not looking for a HR Generalist
• Someone who considers them an expert in performance management
• Must have UAE experience
• Fluent in both English and Arabic, spoken and written
• Must be willing to reside in Fujairah
• Good organizational and follow through skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must currently reside in the UAE
