Senior ICSS Engineer

Qualifications & experience required

Advanced expertise is required:

• Instrumentation, oil & gas project/industry specially for onshore fields including ICSS package design.
• Experience in all life-cycle stages of project development (detailed engineering, etc).
• Proficient with codes and standards in the oil and gas industry i.e. API, BS, ISO, ASME, ANSI, IEC, ISA, etc.
• Adept at designing and engineering for instruments and control systems like PCS, fire & gas, safety shutdown systems, remote telemetry units, gas metering systems, SMART instruments, liquid metering systems, multiphase flow meter, high integrity pressure protection systems (HIPPS), HVAC, field instruments like transmitters, control valves, shut down valves and choke valves, etc.
• Strong knowledge of international structural codes (i.e. API, AISC, DNV, Eurocode) and TOTAL general specifications related to structures.

During all phases of the project

• The job holder assists and reports to the lead ICSS engineering.
• The job holder is entitled to comply with rules and requirements of the project.
• The job holder provides support in ICSS engineering.
• The job holder may have to liaise, as requested, with Iraq affiliate engineering department.
• The job holder shall observe strict confidentiality in the performance of his duties.
• The job holder is also accountable for demonstrating individually an exemplary behaviour regarding HSSE rules & requirements.
