Senior Interior Design Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Interior Design Project Manager to join our team friendly team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale, high-end hospitality projects, leading teams, and building strong client relationships. This is a pivotal role that requires a blend of creative oversight and meticulous project management.

Key Responsibilities

* Project Leadership & Execution: Lead multiple or large-scale interior design projects from initial concept to completion. You'll develop and manage work plans, schedules, budgets, and project scope, ensuring projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality.
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, sub-consultants, and stakeholders. You'll build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
* Team Leadership: Direct and mentor project teams, delegate tasks, and align project execution with our studio's goals and operational strategies.
* Design & Technical Oversight: Oversee interior design drawings, specifications, and technical coordination. You'll ensure all deliverables comply with design principles and contractual obligations.
* Quality & Risk Management: Implement quality assurance and control (QA/QC) procedures. You'll proactively identify potential risks related to design, schedule, or budget and propose effective mitigation strategies.
* Financial & Contract Management: Monitor project budgets, fees, and invoicing. You'll also manage contracts and negotiations with sub-consultants and clients.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized project records and provide regular status updates to leadership to ensure contract deliverables are met.

* Experience: You should have 8 to 15 years of experience in hospitality interior design or architecture. Your background must include significant expertise in project management, client management, team leadership, and luxury hospitality projects.

* Proven ability to lead large-scale or multiple projects.
* Exceptional skills in project planning, execution, and financial management.
* Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience mentoring and leading project teams.
* Excellent understanding of interior design drawings, specifications, and technical coordination.
* Proficiency in implementing QA/QC and risk management procedures.
* Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Compensation

* Salary will be based on experience, ranging from 23,000 to 33,000 AED per month.
