Job description / Role
A leading Interior Design company based in the Design District hope to appoint a Senior interior Designer. This company are part of a larger group of companies based in Dubai and have been expanding their team.
As Senior Interior Designer you will report into the Project Manager and oversee a team of Interior Designers.
• You will be involved with a range of design projects, mainly luxury residential villas, restaurants, spas and some hospitality projects. You will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• You will hold a weekly team meeting with MOM prepared and the subsequent action items, and ensure all concerns are addressed.
• Prepare and develop with the team the required drawings, models, images, material and mood boards and any other related documents relating to the design
• Manage an internal team of designers and coordinate the work stream, while monitoring their project execution and reviewing their work.
Requirements
• To be considered, you should have a degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Candidates must have at least 7-10 years experience
• Proficiency in programs such as 2D/3D software, AutoCAD, 3D studio max, Photoshop, inDesign and illustrator.
• Candidates must be able to create graphic presentations and construction drawings.
