Senior Interior Designer

We are a leading interior design firm that specializes in creating stylish and functional living spaces for our clients. We work with residential and commercial clients to create personalized design solutions that reflect their individual needs and preferences. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our team.

Job Summary: The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the design process, from initial concept development through to final installation. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and will create unique and personalized design solutions that exceed their expectations. The Senior Interior Designer will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of junior designers and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

* Lead the design process for assigned projects, from concept development to final installation
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and develop design solutions that exceed their expectations
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
* Manage a team of junior designers and oversee their work to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to a high standard
* Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring that they develop their skills and expertise
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, and act as the main point of contact for all project-related communication
* Manage project budgets and ensure that all expenses are accurately tracked and reported
* Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate these into design solutions as appropriate

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful projects
* Strong design skills and a deep understanding of design principles and techniques
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
* Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team of junior designers
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
