Senior Interior Designer

Job description / Role

We have been exclusively retained by one of most highly regarded Interior Design practices in the Middle East who have had an exceptional year.

Resulting in several award winning projects and regularly shortlisted for the ID practice of the year, we have been tasked to help the business attract several new Senior Interior Designers to the team in Dubai.
We are looking for those who have a creative flair and a strong passion for Interiors being able to lead projects from Concept to Handover playing a vital role across all stages.

We want to hear from those who have experience in projects within Hospitality/Hotels, High-End Residential, Luxury and F&B.

Responsibilities:
- Developing conceptual design concepts and produce sketches, drawings and 3D visuals to present design ideas.
- Understanding client needs and developing solutions that are creative, innovative and practical.
- Conducting research, analysing data and designing spaces based on client requirements.
- Preparing detailed drawings, specifications and material lists for interior design projects.
- Working closely with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.
- Monitoring and inspecting work in progress to ensure that construction meets design standards.
- Leading client meetings and ensure that all design requirements are met.

- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Strong portfolio demonstrating project stages, sketches, designs, material selections etc
- Excellent knowledge of interior design principles, materials and techniques.
- Excellent problem solving, communication and time management skills.
- Confident in presentation delivery
- Able to multitask due to the pacy nature of the region

Salary:
AED 22,000 to 32,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
