Senior Interior Designer

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of various interior design projects across different typologies
• Coordinate with the Architects and other team members to integrate interior and architectural design elements effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and clients, to ensure design objectives are met.
• Understand the design requirements and other technical aspects of the project, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Assist in the preparation of deliverables at all phases from concept design through project completion.
• Assist in mentoring junior and intermediate interior designer.
• Handle project from Pre-Concept to the IFC Package
• Marketing material preparation and client liaison
• Review pricing, materials and value engineering strategies to maintain cost-efficiency and project quality.
• Produce space plans, furniture plans, ceiling plans, elevations, interior & millwork details and finished presentation documentation.
• Review drawings, materials, mock-ups, and finish samples submitted by project contractors to ensure design integrity.

• Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years working with international consulting companies in the UAE
• Proficient in Revit/ BIM delivery processes
• Strong technical and design expertise with experience handling large-scale projects from concept to completion.
