Our client, a leading and prestigious Interior Design practice in Dubai, is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Interior Designer to join their thriving, friendly, and highly creative team. Key Responsibilities

* Conceptual Design: Lead the creative process from initial brief to concept development, producing mood boards, sketches, and innovative design directions.
* Client Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for high-profile clients, presenting design concepts with confidence and building long-term relationships.
* Residential Expertise: Drive the design for ultra-luxury private villas and high-end "commercial residential" projects (such as luxury show apartments and developer assets).
* Project Delivery: Oversee projects through various stages, ensuring design intent is maintained and high-quality standards are upheld.
* Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the wider design team, contributing to a positive, energetic, and supportive studio culture.
* Market Insight: Utilize deep knowledge of the local Dubai luxury market, including sourcing high-end materials, furniture, and unique finishes.

* Experience: 5 - 8 years of professional experience in interior design, specifically within the High-End Residential sector.
* Local Knowledge: Must have solid local experience in Dubai, with a strong understanding of the region's luxury market and client expectations.
* Background: Ideally, you have a proven track record working for other prestigious and well-known design studios in Dubai.
* Soft Skills: You must be "super creative," confident in front of clients, and possess a friendly, approachable personality.
* Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, a proactive "team player" attitude, and a genuine passion for luxury design.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and consultant coordination.
