Senior Interior Designer - Hospitality (Revit)

Our client, a prestigious and thriving international Architectural and Interior Design practice, is looking for a creative and passionate Senior Interior Designer to join their friendly, high-energy team in Dubai.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated hospitality specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a proven track record of delivering 5* luxury interiors from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Creative Leadership: Lead the conceptual development of 5* hospitality projects, ensuring innovative and bespoke design solutions that align with international luxury standards.
* Technical Excellence: Oversee and produce detailed design packages specifically using Revit, ensuring technical accuracy and design fidelity.
* Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering confident and inspiring presentations that build trust and excitement.
* Project Management: Manage projects throughout the design lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are met and the design intent is maintained during construction.
* Collaboration: Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, mentoring junior designers and contributing to the studio's positive and creative culture.

* Experience: 7 - 12 years of professional experience, with a heavy focus on high-end 5 Hospitality* projects.
* Software: Full proficiency in Revit is mandatory. Candidates must be able to lead and execute projects within a Revit environment.
* Regional Knowledge: Solid experience within the Middle East/UAE market, including a strong understanding of regional design trends and standards.
* Background: Ideally, you will have a solid career history with other large international design practices.
* Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable university.
* Soft Skills: You must be "super creative," confident in front of clients, and possess a friendly, "can-do" attitude. A strong work ethic and a genuine passion for interior design are essential.
