Job description / Role
My client is one of the best Interior Fit-Out Contractor’s designing and delivering excellent projects in the UAE.
As part of their continued development, they have recently been awarded a number of exciting projects and so are urgently looking to appoint specialist design staff in Dubai.
Their most pressing requirement is for a Senior Interior Designer with extensive Design and Fit-Out knowledge. The ideal candidate must be able to handle multiple design projects and MUST have previous experience in a similar role. Corporate and Commercial project experience will be ideal. My client is also offering a fantastic package for the right candidate.
Roles and Responsibilities (But not limited to):
• Lead project teams to develop design solutions for delegated interior projects from concept to completion
• Develop design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction
• Monitor, train and supervise junior designers to provide good design and standard detailing
• Work closely with the operations team and understanding client needs on each individual project
• Creating design concepts and overseeing their development, organization and execution
• Attend coordination meetings with regards to all design matters
Requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience within design
• Relevant Architecture/Interior Design qualification (bachelor’s or higher)
• Must have a strong ID background and previous Commercial/Corporate design experience
• Fit-Out experience/knowledge is ideal
• Experience in space planning, FF&E and design development
• Excellent proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office and other Creative software
