Senior Interior Designer (High End Residential)

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading international interior design studio, is seeking a highly creative and ambitious Senior Interior Designer to join their dynamic team in Dubai . The ideal candidate will have a strong conceptual and creative background in High End residential projects in the region, residential Towers/ Branded residences

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and refine interior design concepts for High End Luxury residential
* Prepare and present design concepts and presentations to clients.
* Oversee the design development process, including space planning, material selection, and FF&E specifications.
* Be Technically astute
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall success of the studio.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in High End Residential projects
* Proven ability to develop strong design concepts and presentations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
* Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of design expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 3 + years of experience at the Senior Interior Designer level within an international design studio.
* Prior experience working in the Middle East
* A solid work record with notable international studios.

Essential Requirements:

* Strong creative portfolio (less than 10MB) demonstrating presentation ability.
