We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer specializing in luxury residences to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects that define elegance and sophistication. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead design efforts, refine project visions, and collaborate closely with clients to create unique living spaces that reflect their style and enhance their lifestyle.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire design process from concept development to project completion for luxury residential projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring a tailored approach to each project.
- Create and present innovative design concepts, mood boards, and design documentation that reflect luxury aesthetics and functionality.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure designs are realized according to specifications and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously elevate design offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control during installations.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury residential interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
- Exceptional creativity and an eye for detail, with a deep understanding of luxury design principles and trends.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships and collaborating with diverse teams.
