Senior Internal Auditor

Job description / Role

• The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for executing audits in accordance with the Approved Annual Audit Plan.
• They will conduct special reviews, assignments, and investigations across our group, focusing on identifying areas of risk and control deficiencies while proposing solutions to mitigate these risks.
• The role may involve travel, both within and outside the UAE.

Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in professional standards established by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
• Ability to independently draft audit reports.
• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a professional audit team.
• Persuasive presentation skills to effectively communicate and gain acceptance of audit recommendations.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities.
