Key Responsibilities:

-Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals in Nigeria and Dubai.
Analyze markets to find new client opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
Set and monitor sales targets for the team.

-Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team in Nigeria.
Support and guide the Dubai team through regular coaching and feedback.
Build a results-driven team culture and encourage professional growth.

-Client Relationship Management
Work with high-net-worth individuals and stakeholders across both regions.
Ensure client satisfaction and manage the full sales cycle from lead to closing.
Provide excellent post-sales support.

-CRM and Sales Operations
Use CRM tools to track leads and manage team performance.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry by all team members.
Improve and streamline sales processes.

-Marketing Support
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and campaigns.
Provide feedback to improve promotional content.
Represent the company at events and support media and video campaigns.

-Performance Monitoring
Review and report on sales metrics and team performance.
Share insights and recommendations with senior management.
Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.

Requirements:

-Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management.
-Experience in Citizenship or Residency by Investment industry is a strong plus.
-Proven success managing teams in multiple locations.
-Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
-Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.
-Strategic thinker with the ability to build and lead a team.
-Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Must be willing to travel between Nigeria and Dubai.
-Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance and performance
-Ability to handle work-related travel and extended working hours when required
