Position Title: Senior IT Associate
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to 10K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai

About the Client:
A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.

Job Description:
• Provide L2/L3 end-user support for stores and corporate users.
• Support retail systems and POS environments (hardware & basic application support)
• Manage and troubleshoot store and office networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi). Handle firewalls, routers, switches, and ISP coordination and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
• Assist with store openings, rollouts, and upgrades

• Open to Indian nationals, aged 35 years and below with 6–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure / End User Support and Retail IT Environments
• Good knowledge of networking, firewalls, POS hardware, and desktops
• Experience in supporting multi-store operations with strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
