Senior IT Executive

Job Description:
- Lead and oversee IT technical support activities both on-site and remotely ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage complex hardware repairs and replacements for PCs, laptops, and other electronic devices, with strategic planning and oversight for resource allocation.
- Oversee the management of all Etisalat and other IT-related documentation ensuring accurate and secure storage of both hard and soft copies on the shared filing system (Dropbox).
- Direct the installation and configuration of advanced IT hardware (e.g., CCTV, networking systems, AV setups, fibre optic, WIFI) ensuring projects meet organizational standards.
- Supervise the configuration, upgrading, and migration of server operating systems, ensuring alignment with best practices and strategic IT objectives

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
- 38 years old and below
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or IT related field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in IT field overall 6+ years of work experience.
- Familiar with networking administration, security database management, cloud computing or software development.
- At least one certification Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE, CISSP, etc..
- Driver’s license, and car is a plus
