Senior IT Network and Security Engineer / Manager – Financial Services – Mandarin Speaker

Job description / Role

We are working with an international banking organisation here in Dubai to find an experienced IT and Network Security Manager to join a growing office focused on corporate banking. It is a varied role covering IT Networking, Infrastructure and some support.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for the IT Network Management and IT Security management, including Disaster Recovery, system & user access control, backup, and network & security device maintenance amongst others.

The role will involve IT project work, some budgetary responsibilities as well as working alongside other IT team members to monitor and maintain IT Infrastructure for the bank. This includes key core banking applications in line with regulator environments.

Candidates should hold a technical degree in a relevant field, will ideally hold industry recognised certifications such as CCNP or similar, and should have demonstrable experience working within the IT Networking field.

Due to the nature of the business candidates will need to be a fluent or native Mandarin speaker.
