Job description / Role
- Planning, analyzing and providing technical support for ERP software
- Handle ERP implementation and integration with other software (MES & WM5)
- Develop skill in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
- Provide training and guidelines for software’s user
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network, printer and scanner
- Testing, maintaining and modifying existing system
- Working collaboratively with the Department Head for smooth operation
- Train and develop skills of the subordinate
- Setting up accounts for all staff
- Giving assistance to any staff for any queries regarding IT
- Keeping records of stocks of all equipment’s
Requirements
- Five (5) years of IT work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer field
- PLC experience is advantage
- Fluent (speak, writing & reading)
- Technical and analytical skill
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Enthusiasm for continual learning
