Senior IT Operations Custodian

Job description / Role

Guildhall is partnering with a leading Dubai real estate developer to recruit a Senior IT Operations Custodian. This role will manage the day-to-day running of all internal IT systems and ensure seamless connectivity across the business. The position offers the opportunity to take full ownership of IT operations, supporting multiple live projects and upcoming developments across Dubai.

The successful candidate will oversee all internal IT systems, ensuring reliability, security, and operational continuity across hardware, software, and integrations, including VR systems used for property showcases.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage domains, DNS, SSL renewals, and overall digital infrastructure reliability
- Administer Office 365, including email creation for joiners/leavers and troubleshooting Outlook & Teams issues
- Oversee website, server, CRM/ERP, and analytics integrations
- Configure laptops and software for new joiners, track IT assets, and ensure compliance with company IT standards
- Act as the first responder for system downtime, crashes, or network interruptions
- Manage VR systems used for immersive client presentations
- Maintain IT security, backups, and risk controls across all systems

The position supports a fast-growing real estate developer in Dubai with 5 live projects and additional projects launching next year. - 5–10+ years’ experience in IT operations, systems, or administration
- Hands-on experience with Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, servers, and networks
- Experience with VR technology or willingness to learn
- Proactive, independent, and already based in Dubai
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365, ITIL, CompTIA Network+/Security+) are a plus
