Job description / Role
A global construction firm, based in Dubai and specialising in high-rise buildings is seeking a dynamic Senior IT Project Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract.
As part of a business-wide innovation program, the ideal candidate will ensure the overall success and delivery of an enterprise software solution implementation and have the opportunity to join a diverse and reputable organisation.
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Assessing project scope to prepare project objectives, implementation design, work flows and processes
* Defining the quality, time and budget of project
* Employing a structure change management methodology to support change and ensure all employees are aware of impending changes
* Working with leaders and senior stakeholders to understand, adjust to and adopt new processes
* Leading a cross-functional team to deliver an agreed budget, time frame in line with governance models
* Managing vendors and consultants to ensure successfully delivery of project
* Undertaking risk management status reporting, change requests, resource management and measuring project success
Requirements
As a Senior IT Project Manager, it is essential that you have the following:
* PMP or Prince 2 certification
* Proven experience managing ERP implementations for real estate/construction and experience with Trimble Manhattan is highly advantageous
* In-depth experience of change management methodologies, approaches and tools
* Vendor management experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Immediately available
