Job description / Role
An opportunity has arisen with my client in the Cyber Security Business, for a Senior Recruiter to spearhead the development and growth of an established market share within the Technology Market.
Responsibilities:
• As recruiter you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing suitable candidates as well as performing phone and face to face interviews.
• You will be also creating/writing adverts which will be posted on several job boards.
• As part of a team and in order to improve a collective workflow, you commit to keep up to date the internal candidate data base.
• You will be managing the 360 degree recruitment process
Requirements
Requirements:
• Must have minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience in the IT or Technology sector.
• Must be a graduate.
• Must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Must be able to manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing CVs till closing offers.
• Currently residing in the UAE and available to work in Abu Dhabi
