Senior IT Support

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced support for PCs, industrial PCs, printers, phones, and IT peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and update systems and standard applications
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability & security
• Participate in local or regional IT projects
• Work closely with internal teams to support daily operations

Requirements
• Minimum 6 years of IT support experience
• AA/AS degree or equivalent technical training
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good English communication, especially with multinational teams
• Excellent customer-service mindset
• Ability to follow technical instructions and solve complex issues

Work Environment
• Office-based role with occasional travel to other locations
• Collaborative team and supportive environment
