Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Landscape Architect to join our allied practice InSite, based in Dubai, UAE.

This position is responsible for assisting the Associate Landscape Architects in all aspects of project delivery including project and design management. Working directly with more junior landscape architects, graphics team and other support staff the Senior LA will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects to a premium quality standard on time and in a cost effective manner.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include

- Provide exciting and innovative design solutions from the project inception
- Demonstrate an expert understanding of the aesthetic, technical, resource, and financial components of landscape architecture.
- Demonstrate an expert understanding of production techniques, procedures, and standards.
- Possess the ability to develop technical scopes of works, resource allocations.
- Possess construction administration experience on landscape projects.
- Demonstrate an expert understanding of industry codes/standards/health and safety requirements and sustainability regulations.
- The role is client facing and superb written and verbal communication skills are essential to ensure that the client is well informed and enthused by the team's passion and desire for design excellence.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity we envision that your career journey to date will include 8 years' work experience partnered with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture.
- Possess professional registration, licensure or chartership with an internationally recognized professional association.
