Senior Landscape Architect

Charterhouse is working with a long-standing, reputable Landscape and Urban engineering consultancy, which has been responsible for the design and execution of some of the UAE’s most notable Landscape projects. As a result of their continued growth in the UAE & KSA, our client is in search of a Senior Landscape Architect.

This Senior Role will be responsible for developing the Landscape Sector in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, prequalifying the business with major clients, whilst offering strong technical support and business leadership. The Senior Landscape Architect will independently manage all aspects of multiple complex projects simultaneously, including managing client expectations, maintaining project programs and budgets, leading project teams, as well as driving design excellence.

Working in close cooperation with the Senior Management team based in Abu Dhabi, the main purpose of this position will be to build the business’s market share in Dubai and KSA, as well as sourcing opportunities with leading Real Estate Developers, Architects, and Government Departments.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate must have a minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience and must come from a Landscape or Urban Design Consultancy within the UAE or GCC, possessing a demonstrable track record of Managing Landscape Design on multiple complex projects. Excellent client-facing experience with Real Estate Developers and/or Government entities is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will hold a Landscape Architectural Degree from an internationally recognized University and have affiliation with professional membership.
