Job description / Role
Our client, a large international consultants in The Middle East , requires a Senior Landscape Architect for their Dubai team. This role requires 15+ years' experience and be able to Lead landscape designs from concept design phase through construction documentation / specifications as well as construction oversight
* Play a key role in client management by maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
* Requires knowledge and in depth experience with materials and finishes, levels and grading, furniture, lighting, planting, irrigation landscape specifications and local construction methods.
* Able to manage / mentor junior staff
* Possess strong working knowledge of standards and constructability.
* Minimum of 15 years' experience in the field of Landscape Design Architecture
* Strong knowledge of Codes, ADA and Zoning requirements that can impact planning and design
* Have excellent client facing, presentation, project management and organizational skills.
Requirements
Please apply if you have amazing design skills, project management experience and a delivery track record in a broad spectrum of landscape projects. In particular we need candidates with excellent adobe and cad skills, 3D skills are desirable.
