We are looking for an outstanding SLT member to join us at GEMS World Academy Abu Dhabi AY2025/2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for educators to start or continue their international career with a leading global education company.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of the school's data, curriculum, and assessment strategies. Your leadership will ensure that data-driven decision-making enhances student outcomes and curriculum development aligns with educational best practices.

• Lead and develop a cohesive whole-school approach to data analysis, assessment, and reporting.
• Oversee curriculum planning, ensuring it is rigorous, inclusive, and aligned with national/international standards.
• Support teachers and departments in using data to inform teaching strategies and improve student progress.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards related to curriculum and assessment.
• Work closely with leadership teams to set academic priorities and monitor performance trends.
• Drive innovation in assessment practices, including formative and summative assessments.
• Lead staff training and professional development on data interpretation and curriculum enhancement.

Skills

The ideal candidate will be an experienced educational leader with a strong background in curriculum design, data analysis, and assessment frameworks. You should be:

• An experienced leader with a proven track record of improving student outcomes through curriculum and assessment strategies.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze school-wide performance trends and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Strategic and innovative in curriculum planning and assessment methodologies.
• A strong communicator and team player who can engage and inspire staff, students, and stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable in current educational trends and technologies that support data-informed teaching and learning.
