Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Role Responsibilities

* Coordinate with Business and Function on country nominations for Leadership Development Programmes
* Facilitate Management Development programmes at core and advanced level
* Facilitate Professional Development courses, and the New Manager Programme
* Facilitate Team Effectiveness Workshops (TEW) for country business teams
* Conduct Career Development Workshops (CDW) for target group and develop / deliver tools to support line managers in having career discussions
* Implement L&TD product roll outs, evaluate, and recommend modifications
* Support facilitation in Tier 2 & Tier 3 countries
* Conduct targeted learning evaluation (level 2,3,4)
* Develop and implement post course solutions to maximise transfer of learning to the workplace.
* Specialist consultation with business sponsors to diagnose development needs, design and deliver learning solutions aligned to specific needs e.g. Bespoke learning sessions, TEW's, Peer-to-Peer learning
* Research and provide advice to business on external programmes, including their suitability
* Work with external providers to design and deliver bespoke programmes aligned to business needs
* Observe line trainers and provide the necessary support (including Train the Trainer) to optimise learner engagement and transfer of learning
* Active promotion and communication about LA tools, products, and processes to educate, excite, and build commitment to the LA agenda
* Work with HRBPS to ensure inclusion of local talent pools in appropriate programmes and talent offerings
* Coach, guide and support line managers in selecting and applying the most appropriate talent intervention for H3 and H4.
* Conduct development planning and coaching for identified talent
* Provide strength coaching to identified individuals

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate

* Degree in a business discipline preferred; post-graduate qualifications in business administration, adult education or relevant discipline desirable.
* 7 - 10+ years of relevant experience in Facilitation and / or Training roles.
* Proven experience in operational management, people management, risk management, stakeholder management and collaborative negotiation.
* Strong conceptual and domain knowledge of learning and instructional design.
* Proven track record of strategic thinking, analytics and implementing solutions.
* Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
* Knowledge and understanding of the banking industry.
* A passion for learning and the development of effective learning methodology.
* A passion for people management.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong and impactful facilitator / performance coach.

Desirable

* Arabic Speaker
* Relevant professional or post graduate management qualification (e.g. an MBA / CIPD).
