Job description / Role
TP global have an urgent requirement for an Arabic Speaking Senior Legal advisor.
The position required would be based in the UAE working with a major oil and gas company.
You would require:
- Strong knowledge of local laws and legislation
- Worked hands on with contracts strong in negotiations and legality issues
- Experience ideally in the contracting sector within Oil and gas whether services/EPC/maintenance or production
- Contribute a legality assurance perspective to the organization strategic and governance
- Assist in the development of strategies, policies, and process across the legal function.
- Advise top management executives on all applicable legislative/regulatory issues, and recommend improvements and alternatives
- Prepare a corporate legal plan and annual business plan and monitor the progress against these plan
- Proactively highlight and advise on commercial risks and benefits of contracts, ensuring best practice legal standards
