ROLE DESCRIPTION

- Provides a full range of senior level legal counsel and solutions to company LOB's and internal functions.
- Lead in drafting, negotiating complex transactions.
- Participates as a senior member of cross functional teams providing legal counsel to assigned LOBs and practice areas.

- Area 2: Provide legal counsel to LOB's and internal functions

Requirements

WORK EXPERIENCE

- 5-7 years of legal experience

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Graduation from accredited law school, further graduation may count as Experience (depending on local differences)
- Licensed to practice law in the appropriate jurisdiction
- English: Fluent - Expert, German: preferred
