Job description / Role
Guildhall is representing one of the worlds largest engineering organisation in the search for a Senior Legal Counsel. We are keen to identify candidates that can manage the following tasks:
- Review NDAs, MOUs, MOAs, proposals, T&C's, lease agreements, share purchase agreements etc
- Review of conditions of construction contacts, subcontracts, amendments.
- Review and prepare comments to tenders for GCC wide projects.
- Advise other legal matters, risk mitigation and dispute resolution
Salary:
AED
30,000 to 40,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, applicants should be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 5 to 8 years post-qualification experience
- Experience in construction Arbitration & disputes
- Excellent in English Communication
