Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a high profile financial institution who is looking to hire a Mid-to-Senior level Banking and Finance Solicitor, with 6 PQE +, to play a key role in its existing legal team in Abu Dhabi.
The role would be to work closely with the senior legal team and broader business in relation to undertaking a broad mix of conventional finance work, covering matters such as leverage, acquisition finance, real estate finance, asset finance and syndicated loans. The organisation would be keen to speak to a Lawyer with a good background gained at a legal directories rated firm and / or at a financial institution either in the UAE or able to relocate from the UK, Australia etc.
The successful candidate should be a Common Law admitted Solicitor, with demonstrable high quality experienced gained at well regarded law firm and / or ideally in-house at a bank or other financial institution in the UAE. Those high calibre candidates interested in relocating from the UK, Australia etc. are also invited to apply. Competitive tax free remuneration and bonus available. Candidates interested in relocating to Abu Dhabi are also of interest. Arabic language skills and exposure to Islamic finance work are not required.
