SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL - CONTRACTS

Job Purpose
- The Senior Legal Counsel - Contracts is responsible for providing legal expertise and services for all internal and external business activities, which will involve participation in dispute and litigation, in addition to the management of all contracts and agreements with DA suppliers and customers
Requirements
Qualifications and Education
- The position holder will have a Law degree from an accredited law school, preferred passed the BAR exam if applicable, and licensed to practice law within the UAE.
- Certification required in any area for ongoing professional development or for mandatory purposes.
- The candidate would be required to attend courses or seminars on law firm Government training or within the aviation industry.
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of legal experience as legal professional in an in-house or a law firm.
Knowledge
- The job holder should have knowledge of risk management, business, aviation industry, contracts management and dispute and litigation processes.
