Job description / Role
Senior Legal Counsel to oversee corporate matters and other various in-house legal matters. You will report into the head of legal. You will oversee matters in areas like real estate, construction, financial services and litigation for the various business lines.
Minimum 6 years' experience as a lawyer in a common law jurisdiction (UK, USA or Australia) or with an international law firm in the ME region.
Background of a nature relevant to the role (real estate, construction, financial services, compliance/regulation, litigation/arbitration).
Work experience or secondment at a government or quasi-government entity an added benefit.
