Job description / Role
The purpose of this role is to provide legal advice, guidance and support to Retail and Business Banking to ensure that the exposure to legal risk is managed. Providing counsel on ; Retail Banking Products, Personal Banking, Business Banking, Multi-channel Banking & Credit Risk Management, and Retail Operations & Governance.

Requirements
Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria:
• Certified & qualified Solicitor/Lawyer
• 8-10+ PQE with experience in an in-house legal department of a reputable financial institution
• Knowledge and experience in personal banking products including accounts, payments, operations, cards business, digital, mobile and internet based banking products.
• Arabic fluent (highly preferred but will consider well qualified and experienced Western candidates)
