Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A government organization in Dubai.

Job Description:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations to support legal strategies, litigation, and decision-making.
- Assist with corporate incorporation transactions, analyze complex contract terms, and provide recommendations on contract negotiation strategies and compliance.
- Address complaints related to company operations and manage contract performance, ensuring compliance and identifying potential risks.
- Identify training needs, ensure adherence to health, safety, and information security policies, and manage audit findings to reduce departmental risks.

- Open to UAE Nationals
- 40 years old and below
- At least 4 years of experience in legal affairs handling complex contractual aspects preferably within maritime, logistics, or corporate sectors
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies or related field
- Certified Contract Management Professional or Certified Lawyer is a must
- Must have family book.
