Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is a newly created position for a large corporate institution located in the business heartland of Dubai. The position will offer strategic administrative support to the C-Suite team of six individuals, with emphasis mainly on the COO, Deputy COO and Head of HR. This will include responsibility for the management team’s projects, extensive outlook calendar management and travel requirements for the team, as well as team executive committee meetings and the coordination of Town Hall meetings.

There will be extensive document management and correspondence, requiring a high degree of accuracy and the ability to work to very tight deadlines. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills and will be required to prepare executive reports and proposals for the team; collating research and data with liaision with the communications team.

Requirements

Candidates shortlisted will need to commercially aware and very forward thinking. This is not a role for a process driven individual, but rather someone who can be entirely proactive and manage the team. Common sense is key; what is important, who needs to be where and how the individual schedules come together for meetings is paramount. The role is effectively the gatekeeper to the senior leadership and as such we are seeking the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion to be demonstrated.

Hence, proven experience managing multiple C-suite individuals is essential and candidates should be able to build effective relationships across the office. You will be able to recognize and adjust to the different styles within the management team and across the Board. You will have a very flexible attitude, showing initiative and a problem solving approach. Candidates will ideally have a strong professional services background and be able to show loyalty and commitment in their previous roles.
