The Retail Banking Group (RBG) supports retail and micro-business customers in managing their finances, through expert advice and the provision of a full suite of specialist products and services in conventional and Shariah compliant banking. Key responsibilities

Revenue generation - Manage and monitor revenue generation through sale of various financial services of the bank in order to achieve agreed financial targets and maximize revenue generation.
People management - Manage self and team in line with ADCBu2019s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own and employee contribution to business performance. Organize and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.
Relationship management - Develop and maintain internal stakeholders/external agencies and client relationships to achieve desired objectives of the bank.
Portfolio management - Monitor and control customer portfolios to achieve desired revenue through cross sell, upsell and retention.
Policies, processes, systems and procedures - Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders.
Continuous improvement - Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programs and projects in line with the banku2019s standards.
Customer service - Demonstrate our promise and apply the ADCB service standards to deliver the banku2019s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.

Ideal candidate experience

• At least 7 years of experience in retail banking and in a managerial role
• Bacheloru2019s degree in Business Administration, Sales or Finance or relevant specialization
• Accredited Financial Analyst, Certified Investment Professional, Certificate in Quantitative Finance, Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified International Investment Analyst, Master Financial Risk Manager (FRM), ICA Specialist or Certificate in Conduct Risk
• In-depth knowledge of global financial markets and trends
• Understanding of retail banking products and services

Competitive salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 40,000 to AED 43,000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
