Senior Manager Analysis and Reporting

Job description / Role

We are currently hiring for a professional to handle the role of Senior Manager Analysis and Reporting, This position will provide direct support to S/VP Digital Solutions, and take the lead in the development of financial reporting, planning, financial and operational KPIs / dashboards, project financial control, invoicing, revenue reporting and exception reporting for Etisalat Digital Solutions. The remit will cover UAE and other Etisalat OpCos. This is a lead financial role in the EDS organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Overall control of the financial control, revenue planning, invoicing, revenue recognition.
- Assume ownership on below financial analysis activities.
- Monthly actuals, and variance to target, with decision quality commentary and analysis.

Scope to include revenue and profitability:
- Annual Target setting / budgeting process and regular forecast cycles (3+9, 6+6, 9+3).
- Analysis at a customer and product level to identify trends, and to assess opportunities and risks.
- Develop pipeline reporting and other operational KPIs for key customers / lines of business.
- Continuous reporting improvement in order to enhance analysis and output.
- Initial definition and Ongoing evolution of the relevant KPIs.
- capturing and identifying synergies across each market, and leverage UAE business experience and best practices.
- Lead in the definition and development of financial processes and tools related to EDS.
- Liaise with OpCos to ensure financial reporting and variance analysis is provided; to consolidate the Group-wide Digital Solutions performance reporting and analysis.
- Liaise with Business Analysis team, Finance department, and other departments on matters affecting EDS financial processes and performance.

Requirements

- BS/BA in accounting or finance.
- MBA in accounting or finance a plus.
- 5-10 years of relevant operational planning, finance or accounting experience with strong modelling and analysis skills.
