Senior Manager – Construction Industry

8 years of UAE experience handling Finance portfolio in Construction Industry is MUST and candidate should be currently based in UAE

Our Client, a well-established Construction & Contracting Group is looking for a Qualified, Talented & Strategic experienced Senior Finance Manager with a strong background in the Construction Industry.

This role will lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance while partnering with operations and project teams to ensure financial performance across multiple construction projects.

• CA/ACCA/CPA certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 10yrs of UAE experience handling Finance portfolio in Construction Industry is MUST .
• Should have min 5yrs in a Managerial role.
• Strong Experience of Project Financing , Financial Planning & Analysis, Budget Forecast, Cash Flow Management, Project Financing & Cost Controlling
• Experienced in extensive Bank Dealings, Treasury Management & Letter of Credit formalities
• Proficiency in SAP & MS Excel
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized with excellent communication skills in English & Arabic

Salary:
AED 32,000 to 42,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
