Job description / Role
As the region gears up for Customer Experience challenges, my client a top tier consulting company is looking to hire a Senior Manager for their Digital, Innovation and Customer Experience Practice. The main responsibility of this role is to lead work streams and/or end-to-end strategy implementation engagements of projects related to digital transformation and innovation geared towards customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction. This senior role is to work with a company’s senior executive team to drive strategic operational initiatives such as implementing innovative solutions, driving operational excellence, measuring results, and ensuring the desired high performance.
• They are looking for a Senior Manager with a combination of 10+ years of experience of working for management consulting firms and business experience in digitization, innovation and customer experience strategy roles within a variety of industries including logistics and transport, consumer industrial, energy, utilities, and chemicals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering field
• MBA/relevant Master’s degree, Six Sigma Certified, Certified Data Analysis.
• Proven excellence in organizational skills, ability to prioritize workloads while being resilient and able to deliver projects on time
• Previous experience in strategy development in digital/innovation/solution
• Experience in MVPs, prototypes, proofs of concept for services and/or products is a plus
• Conducting ROI analysis and quantitative business cases development
• Experience in identifying and detailing use cases around digital topics such as AI, Blockchain, etc.
• Familiarity with different programming languages such as JAVA, C++, .net, etc
• Arabic speaker is a plus
• Ability and willingness to travel across the Middle East region and worldwide if the project dictates
