Job description / Role
We're looking for candidates with in-depth customer centric view to join our Business team as Senior Manager Digital Customer Experience; this role would be attractive to professional currently in Sales or Marketing field, with hand on experience in Digital Media.
As Senior Manager Digital Customer Experience, you would be entrusted to handle setting up the Digital Customer Experience strategy for key areas of the digital landscape; including Website portals, Self-care, Content, Social, Mobile, IVR, SMS and USSD.
Oversee strategic creation of Digital Customer Journey and Experience strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and upgrades for all Etisalat Business Online Services.
Deliver on digital marketing sales and responsible for the strategy and execution of the various digital business experiences (mobile and desktop).
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science.
Applicants should have experience in:
• Digital Channels.
• Project Management tools and processes.
• Business Process Reengineering.
• Customer Experience Management.
• Analytics & Reporting.
Applicants will be given an added advantage for having experience in :
• Sales, Marketing & Customer Service concepts & best practices.
• Business requirements.
• System Development and Integration.
Years & Field of Experience required:
• 8-10 years experience in Online Marketing, process design and re-engineering.
