Senior Manager - Employee Engagement

What you'll deliver
- You'll be responsible for the delivery of Dubai Airports Employee Engagement programmes
- You'll lead the annual employee engagement survey from design through to evaluation in collaboration with other HR functions and business units
- You'll work to identify opportunities for employee events relating to culture, sports, family among others
- You'll continually work to develop engagement strategies for the organisation
Requirements
What you bring
- You'll be educated to a Degree Level in a relevant field
- You should have at least 5 years' experience handling employee engagement programmes and initiatives
- Experience working with in-depth engagement surveys and analysis of results
- Project Management expertise
