Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:
- To understand all aspects of the export process to enable world class service to customers
- To manage and train the Exporter Service support staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
- Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face
- Investigate and solve customers' problems
- Ensure all publications are accurate and up date
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Research overseas material as a benchmark for company information service
- Prepare regular reports analyzing the service the corporation provides and advise management as to how to improve the level of service and/or add new services
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
- Developing customer service policies and standards
- Work with other managers to improve the customer service provided;
- Keep ahead of developments in customer service especially electronic based solutions by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses
- Completion of any tasks associated with work-related or when it was commissioned.

Main Task:
- Develops and implements new work procedures or enhancements to existing policies and procedures in accordance with company requirements.
- Plans the section budgets and review with Director.
- Develops and manages the implementation of the section’s annual work plan e.g., initiatives, projects etc.
- Provides ongoing guidance and motivation to the section’s staff in carrying out their roles and responsibilities. This includes delegation of work, conducting performance reviews and overseeing the training and development requirements.

The jobholder must develop and manage the full range of world class export services that the corporation is providing to its clients.

The jobholder must ensure that the corporation satisfies its customers' needs by helping to develop a customer service policy for an entire organization; managing a team of exporter services staff; or handling face-to-face enquiries from customers.

Requirements

- Degree in Commerce/Economics or related field
- At least 7 years the field of Customer Services in a large organization with ability to prepare Customer relations processes as well as analyze Customer feedback. Acts with integrity and strong customer focus
